Document Description
Caltrans proposes to construct an auxiliary lane (approx. 1300 ft) along Interstate-15 in the northbound direction, from Magnolia Avenue on-ramp to SR-91 connector ramps by shifting and re-striping lanes, widening the gore point and connector ramps to SR 91. Additionally, a new concrete barrier transition for upgrading Midwest Guardrail Systems (MGS) at the Temescal Wash Bridge No. 56-0499 (PM 40.86) would be attached through drilling and bonding into the existing bridge railing. The purpose of this project is to reduce the number and severity of collisions on northbound I-15. All work would be performed within the existing right of way.
