Document Description
A hillside that burned in the 2020 Napa fires has converted to predominantly French broom, bare soil, and snags. In order to prevent further mass wasting and erosion, this project will remove invasive or hazardous vegetation and then revegetate to stabilize soil and discourage invasive regrowth. Beneficiaries include Smith-Madrone Vineyards, neighboring land managers, and others who depend on the health and stability of the Upper Napa River watershed.
