Document Description
Replace four stormwater drainage culverts north of the San Luis Rey River within the City of Oceanside, including three crossings beneath N River Rd and one beneath Sleeping Indian Rd. The existing culverts are undersized and prone to sediment and debris accumulation, which restricts flow and contributes to localized flooding. The improvements include larger reinforced concrete box culverts and one high-density polyethylene storm drain, along with associated headwalls and riprap energy dissipaters.
