Document Description
The Los Angeles 2028 Olympics (LA 28) Games Route Network (GRN) project proposes to temporarily install a GRN which consists of a system of dedicated travel lanes designed to ensure reliable, secure, and timely transportation for key Olympic and Paralympic participants; as well as temporary ancillary components such as event wayfinding signage and ramp closures. Once the LA28 Games are complete the GRN will be removed, and the state highway system (SHS) will be returned to pre-project conditions. Additionally, the project proposes to permanently install active transportation management gantries, signs and CCTVs to support traffic management operation on various routes throughout the project limits.
