The proposed project includes the construction of minor minor parking lot and landscape improvements, replacement of doors on an existing historic building, a new trash enclosure and sound wall. Based on the Secretary of Interior Standards, the proposed project will not have any impact on the existing designated historic landmark. Moreover, none of the exceptions listed in CEQA Guidelines, Section 15300.2 apply.
