The proposed project involves the subdivision of approximately 7.37 acres of land into sixty-seven (67) single-family residential lots and one (1) lettered lot for private streets, open space, landscaping, and amenities, and the development of a private residential neighborhood consisting of sixty-seven (67) single-family residences, fencing/walls, paving, lighting, landscaping, and drainage improvements. In conjunction with the project, the applicant proposes to change the General Plan land use designation of the site from Residential 6 to Residential 12 and change the zoning designation of the site from Single-Family Residential (R-1D) to Multi-Family Residential (R-3).
