Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-62942-R2, pursuant to Section
1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Karen Weaver.
The project is limited to the removal of an existing gangway and floating platform and
installation of a 3-foot by 24-foot gangway and a 25-foot by 26-foot suspended platform with
boatlift. The suspended platform and gangway will be supported by four existing pilings that
will be retained and two new pilings. The two new 6-inch diameter pilings will be installed
using a free-fall hammer on a steel barge. The gangway will be attached to an existing
residential deck at the project location. No trees or vegetation will be removed for this project.
All loading of materials and boat launching will take place at Clearlake Ave. in Lakeport. All
staging will take place at 1624 Parallel Dr, Lakeport, or on the barge on site.
