Document Description
California State Parks (State Parks), the Resources Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains (RCDSMM), the Xerces Society, and the United States Fish and Wildlife Service plan to restore 4 acres of monarch butterfly habitat upstream of Topanga Lagoon. The project will remove invasive plants from 4 acres of land and plant monarch butterfly habitat on 1 acre.
