Document Description
The purpose of the project is to repair and/or replace deteriorated framing and decking that surrounds the turntable tracks at Railtown 1897 State Historic Park to allow for the continued use of the turntable and ensure the safety of park employees. Materials used for replacement will match the existing in size and species. Hardware that can be reused will be reused and all others will be replaced with in-kind materials. All decking will be sealed with clear waterproofing to preserve the materials.
