Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Pacific Bell Telephone Company (AT&T California) to replace a telephone pole (#820398H) within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR) 150 at post mile (PM) 19.24, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Ojai, Ventura County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 55 inches and minimum depth of 24 inches, and an average width and length of 2 feet by 2 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
