Document Description
The Spring Lake Regional Parks Asphalt Renovation Project will repair and repave the existing boat ramp parking lot and a section of the existing paved multiuse pathway circling the lake. Work includes, but is not limited to, asphalt concrete (AC) improvements to the boat launch parking area including AC overlay, AC grind, fill & replace, AC full depth plug, ADA parking spot and path of travel improvements, restriping the lot for better traffic circulation and parking layout, and signage. The purpose of this project is to repair and repave sections of failing asphalt that have reached the end of their usable service life in this 52-year-old facility. This project will benefit the thousands of park users who frequent the facility annually.
