The residences will be accessed by a central common access driveway with one curb cut on Wakefield Avenue. The homes will be a maximum of 27 feet and 6 inches in height, and range in size from 2,044 to 2,508 square feet of floor area. The project will provide 17 parking spaces (two per unit and a total of one guest parking spaces for the entire development). The site does not have any protected trees that are planned to be removed. The non-protected trees will be replaced at 1:1 ratio
