The installation and operation of the EVCS, CEQA, Class 1, Existing Facilities, Class 3 - New Construction of Small Equipment, and under Class-4 - minor alterations to land. These systems have no air emissions associated with the equipment, result in no noticeable increase in noise, require minor earthwork, and are contiguous to other institutional structures.
