Document Description
The project will construct a chain link fence, driveway, and bring utility hookups to the property line for the Caltrans Bishop Maintenance Station expansion. Approximately 1700 feet of 6-foot chain link fencing will be placed around the sub-parcel, joining the existing Bishop Caltrans Maintenance Station perimeter fence. A curb cut in City of Bishop sidewalk will be required to construct a 24-foot driveway, with gate, to provide access the parcel from Spruce Street. Pavement trenching approximately 200 feet long and 36 inches deep is required to bring the City of Bishop Water/Sewer and Southern CA Edison Electrical hookups to the property line. An encroachment permit from the City of Bishop will be obtained for utility work and driveway construction.
