Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-61263-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Carl Lane. The project consists of a portable pump and hose system to divert water from Mulligan Creek at the afterbay from a manmade lake present in proximity to the Black Pearl mining claim. The water will be used as process water for a small portable trommel system and for dust control on the claim. No in-stream work will be required for the installation of the abovementioned processing operation or the ore test pits. All construction activity will occur outside of the existing bed, bank channel or riparian vegetation zone associated with Mulligan Creek.
