Reasons for Exemption
The proposed ordinance amends the setback requirements for animal keeping structures. The proposed ordinance does not propose nor authorize any construction or physical changes to the environment. In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the proposed ordinance has been deemed to be exempt from further environmental review as there is no possibility that the proposed ordinance would have a significant impact on the environment pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3). The proposed ordinance amends the setback requirements for animal keeping structures. The proposed ordinance does not propose nor authorize any construction or physical changes to the environment.
