Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board is funding the Project referred to internally as CSA 70 Bloomington Septic-to-Sewer System Expansion Project. The Project includes planning and feasibility studies in order to construct new sewer infrastructure to serve CSA 70 Bloomington, such that existing and future developments can rely on a centralized sewer system and septic systems can be abandoned.
