Document Description
This project involves replacement of the Department of Justice Riverside lab fire alarm system, located at 7425 Mission Blvd., Riverside, California. The existing fire alarm system was installed in 2002 is currently lacking certain operational and replacement parts so its reached the end of its useful like. The project will replace and upgrade the fire alarm system to EST4 standards to be fully compliant with NFPA 72 (AMENDMENT), IFC FIRE CODE, IBC INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE, AND 2010 American with Disability Act (ADA) requirements. The main fire alarm control unit will be replaced, a new pull station installed, new electric wiring and components installed, and the fire alarm terminal cabinet will be upgraded.
