Caltrans is proposing to install and upgrade safety improvements including signage, channelizers, delineation, pavement markings, and retroactive markers at two locations along State Route 1 (SR-1) in Ventura County, location 1 - between postmiles PM 2.3 and PM 3.15 and location 2 - between PM 5.8 and PM 10.0. No public utilities will be relocated. No new right-of way will be acquired for the project.
