A Director’s Order (DO) has been requested to install drainage system to reduce concentrated flow crossing the highway during rainfall and flooding events. The project is proposed along State Route 138 (SR-138), between Post Miles (PM) 18.9 and 19.5, located approximately 0.6 miles west of Summit Post Office Road. All work will be done within the State Right of Way.
