Document Description
SWP Agreement #26001 provides for a temporary additional point of delivery of up to 5,000 acre-feet of Antelope Valley-East Kern Water Agency’s (AVEK) SWP water supplies to Palmdale’s turnout at Reach 20B of the California Aqueduct through December 31, 2026. Such water will be treated and delivered by Palmdale to AVEK, subject to system losses, for use in AVEK’s service area.
