Document Description
The Project will consist of up to 18,496SF of indoor cannabis cultivation within an existing 28,820SF warehouse within Oakland’s commercial industrial zoning area at 801 E 10th St, Oakland, CA (APN 19-12-2-3). The project will use approximately 46W of lighting per square foot of canopy and is served by PG&E for electricity. EBMUD will serve the water. The project is consistent with all of Oakland’s community, general, and zoning plan and has the appropriate conditional non-operating permit, is not located within a Cortese site, not a historic property, and approval from various public service agencies.

Class 32 Categorical Exemptions are consistent with applicable general plan designation and all applicable general plan policies as well as with applicable zoning designation and regulations, occurs within city limits on a project site of no more than five acres substantially surrounded by urban uses, has no value, as habitat for endangered, rare or threatened species, would not result in any significant effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality, and can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
