Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison to remove an existing deteriorated wood pole and replace with a steel pole within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) along State Route (SR) 23 at post mile (PM) 0.6, as well as perform traffic control activities, in the City of Thousand Oaks, Ventura County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 10 feet and minimum depth of 5 feet, and average width and length of 5 feet by 5 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
