Document Description
The COSCA Invasive Plant Management Plan (IPMP) will guide and assist COSCA land managers in carrying out invasive plant management activities as part of fulfilling the agency’s commitment to protect and enhance natural resources. The IPMP will address the management of invasive plant species on 13,000 acres under COSCA ownership and management, and open space lands owned by the Conejo Recreation and Park District. The IPMP will facilitate strategic control of invasive plants and ensure that available financial resources are utilized when and where they will yield optimal value for the recovery and enhancement of native plant communities and wildlife habitats.
