Document Description
Project proposes improvements to the non-historic Buck Hall at Marconi Conference Center State Historic Park to allow for continued use of the building as an event space. Proposed work will: •Replace broken window panes, rotted wood sills and mullions; •Replace, as needed, broken terra cotta roof tiles; •Remove (non-historic) interior partitions, acoustic ceiling tiles and flooring (carpeting and tile); •Repaint the bathrooms; •Realign electrical and plumbing rough-ins for new interior partition placement; •Install new LED light fixtures; and •Install new mini-split heating and cooling systems.
