Document Description
Project consists of installing an ice machine at Portola Redwoods State Park for the benefit of park visitors and staff. Work will:
•Install one (1) 30amp double-pole circuit breaker in an existing breaker box;
•Excavate to install approx. 90ft of electrical wiring from the breaker to an outside outlet for ice machine;
•Remove a 5ft x 5ft area of the existing brick patio and form and pour a 5-ft x 5-ft x 4-inch-thick reinforced concrete pad atop a 4-inch base of compacted gravel;
•Run approx. 22ft of ¾-in. PVC water supply line from an existing water shut off to the ice machine;
•Take removed bricks to the Portola Maintenance Yard for storage; and
•Spread excess soils over the existing dirt parking lot.
