Document Description
Proposal to revise Conditional Use Permit 93-199 to allow the construction of an additional 36,170 square feet of facilities on the existing King’s Schools campus. Administrative Variance to allow a 10% increase over the 26-foot maximum building height allowed for non-lodging facilities in the RR (Resort Residential) district. An amendment to Section 9.24.030 of the Cathedral City Municipal Code is proposed to allow schools as a permitted use in the RR district subject to a conditional use permit.
