Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison to replace a utility pole north of Interstate (I) 10 on Del Mar Ave. within Caltrans right-of-way (ROW) at post mile (PM) 25.33, as well as perform traffic control activities in the City of San Gabriel, Los Angeles County. Southern California Edison is requesting a temporary encroachment permit to access Caltrans ROW at PM 25.33 to complete the associated work. Excavation will have a depth of 10 feet, and an average width and length of 5 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new ROW will be acquired.
