Document Description
The proposed project involves the rehabilitation of the Northwestern Basin located in the Las Flores Unincorporated Area (33.59248402, -117.62851346) in the County of Orange. The rehabilitation activities involve the removal and replacement of the existing, damaged, CMP riser; installation of grout from the access road to the riser; clearing vegetation from the concrete turn-around pad; removal and replacement of the existing rip rap; inspect and clear out any blockages in the weep holes on the retaining wall; and inject the voids under the existing pipe with grout The proposed project anticipates 8 construction truck trips, no traffic impacts as construction staging will be onsite, and the implementation of Best Management Practice measures. Construction will take approximately 5 months and is anticipated to be completed in the Spring of 2027.
