Document Description
The Victor Elementary School District (VESD) proposes construction and operation of a track and field facility at the Challenger School of Sports and Fitness in Victorville on an 11.6-acre vacant and undeveloped site. The proposed track and field facility would include a lighted, rubberized track and natural turf field with bleacher seating for approximately 2,000 spectators. Appurtenant improvements would include restroom and concessions facilities. A new parking lot would also be developed south of the existing school parking lot.
