Document Description
Department of Water Resources utility craft apprentices will grade the terrain and cut v-ditches at the Wheeler Ridge Pumping Plant spoil pile overlook. They will practice different techniques and learn the basic controls of the grader. Upon competition of this training, the ground will be graded over, and all v-ditches will be filled. This work is anticipated to take 2 days to complete. All work will be completed within the DWR right-of-way. This work is necessary for apprentices to learn how to properly use equipment to help maintain the State Water Project’s access roads.
