Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLA-60999-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Team JEM Tahoe, LLC. The project is limited to the demolition and removal of an existing private pier, and the construction of a new pier, adjustable catwalk, and boat lift with a similar footprint. The new pier will be157 feet in length and 10 feet wide. A 3-foot-wide adjustable catwalk runs along the northerly side of the pier, and a 12,000-pound boatlift will be situated on the southern side of the pier. A total of twenty-six (26) steel pilings that are 10 ¾ inches in diameter will be used to construct the pier. The 12,000-pound boatlift will utilize two (2) W10 x 45 I-beams driven into the lakebed.
