Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-56149-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Roberta Sylte. The project is limited to the installation of a new u-shaped boat dock and associated gangway. The dock structure will be steel framed with encased foam and composite decking. The dock will be supported by three (3) 12-inch diameter pilings that will be installed using a vibratory hammer. The gangway will be held in place by two (2) 4-inch diameter galvanized steel pipes at the landing on the riverbank. A concrete pad will be installed on the riverbank for the gangway landing. Riparian vegetation in the footprint of the concrete pad will be removed to facilitate the installation. No mature trees (diameter at breast height of 4-inches or greater) will be removed.
