Document Description
Administrative Use Permit application for an AT&T telecommunication facility. The project consists of the installation of nine panel antennas, nine remote radio heads, three towner mounted DC-9 surge suppressors, a GPS unit, an outdoor cabinet mounted on a raised steel platform, a 200A dedicated service meter, an AT&T Ciena and Hoffman box mounted to an H-Frame, a 30KW generator with 150 gallon diesel fuel tanks on a raised steel platform, 400 square foot raised steel platform, a new 150 foot monopole, and a 40 foot by 8 foot chain link enclosure with two6foot wide chain link gates. The project site is accessed from West State Route 4. The parcel is not under Williamson Act contract.
