Document Description
The Project is limited to one encroachment to upgrade an existing compacted soil stream crossing (Table 1). Work for the stream crossing upgrade will include excavation of fill from the road and crossing outfall, and construction of a broad dip throughout the crossing and a rock armored outfall. D50 = 6-inch angular rock and D50 = 1.5-inch angular base rock will be used in construction, as described in Design Plans submitted September 16, 2025. The crossing shall only be used seasonally when no surface flows are present.
