Document Description
California Stream Gage Improvement Plan. Installation of six stream gage monitoring sites across the Petaluma River, Adobe Creek, Washington Creek, and Lichau Creek. The installation of all six sites will be completed before October 2026. Installation of each site will be done by City Staff, Sonoma RCD and a Field Engineer from Xylem Water Solutions. Equipment may stay in place beyond the one-year reporting period
in order to collect internal surface water data. This project will fill data gaps in Californias surface water monitoring network by funding the deployment of stream gage monitoring equipment that provides real time hydrologic data to the California Data Exchange Center (CDEC) and the Public.
