The project is a simple fee-title acquisition of vacant land to expand existing public park lands. The intent of the acquisition is to purchase one parcel consisting of 2.75 acres of land adjacent to Ramona Municipal Water District's existing Ramona Community Park (formerly Wellfield Park). There is no ground disturbance planned as part of the acquisition. The acquisition will be funded by a Strategic Growth Council - Community Resilience Center Grant.
