Document Description
The project will replace a changeable message sign (CMS) display, associated wiring, and cabinet, with associated control and communications equipment that has reached the end of their service life. The existing conduits, pull boxes, CMS mast and foundations will be reused as is. The project will occur in Caltrans Right-of-Way. Temporary Traffic Controls will be in place when working on beacons installed on mast arms. Caltrans has determined the proposed CMS replacement will not have significant impacts by incorporating proper and accepted Caltrans standard practices.
