The County of Merced in cooperation with the California Department of Transportation, proposes to replace the Merced Avenue Bridge (Bridge No. 39C-0310) over Lateral #6 Canal, located near the community of Delhi, approximately 1.35 miles south of State Route 99 in Merced County, California. The purpose of the project is to provide a new structure that would be wider, satisfy current design standards, and can carry current legal and permit vehicular loads.
