Document Description
The Proposed Project consist of rehabilitation and improvements to the collection system including existing lift stations, pipelines and manholes; installation of a new force main along a gravity pipeline route that would allow a failing lift station to be bypassed; installation of an access road to an existing lift station for maintenance; and improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) including, installation of a groundwater monitoring well and repairing and upgrading various components of the WWTP. The Proposed Project is the latest phase of a series of projects intended to address the California Regional Water Quality Control Board Cleanup and Abatement Order No. R5-2014-0707.
