Document Description
A Site Plan Review (SPR24-007) for the demolition of an existing 9,000-square-foot, single-story multi tenant commercial building with surface parking to construct a new seven (7) story, 85-foot tall, 215,628-square-foot mixed-use development consisting of 161 residential units (thirty eight [38] of which are affordable units [[Moderate Income level])]), 6,556 square feet of ground-level commercial space, 91 parking spaces, and 106 bicycle parking stalls on a 1.03- acre site located at 400 East Anaheim Street in the Community R-4-N District (CCN) Zoning District. Per California Government Code Section 65589.5 (Senate Bill 330), the project is utilizing the Downtown Plan Planned Development District (PD-30) development standards based on the City’s determination of Zoning and and Land Use compatibility with the Transit Oriented Development-Moderate (TOD-M) PlaceType of the General Plan.
