Document Description
The project proposes construction of an 83,112 square foot student housing development on an
approximately 2-acre site at Fresno City College, located at the southwest corner of North Blackstone
Avenue and East University Avenue. The development would provide affordable housing for
approximately 324 low-income students in compliance with AB 169/SB 169 requirements and includes a
three-story building with residential units, common areas, and outdoor amenities. The project would also
include on-site paved areas, landscaping, and 63 parking stalls.
