Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit for Southern California Edison (SCE) to replace aerial wire on existing poles, install one new down guy, and anchor at postmile 6.71 on State Route 33, in the unincorporated community of Casitas Springs, County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 120 inches, an average width of 12 inches, and a maximum length of 12 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
