Document Description
Reconstruct an approx. 374sf City Public Restroom building at Coleman Park near Morro Rock (nearest intersection of Coleman Dr and Embarcadero Road). The existing bathroom was a deteriorated unreinforced masonry structure. Project proposes to reconstruct a 270 square foot ADA-compliant new restroom building, replace existing swing set structure, add a slide structure, and provide an ADA parking space with paths of travel. This project does not include the removal of mature trees. This project is located in the original jurisdiction of the California Coastal Commission.
