To authorize the existing Eastside Bypass Bridge (Bridge No. 39C0347) — a 24-span, 708-foot-long, 30-foot-wide, conventionally reinforced continuous concrete slab structure supported by two abutments and 23 four-column bents, with straight two-lane approaches approximately 11.5 feet wide — located on West Washington Road and constructed in 1965. The bridge is documented in the Lower San Joaquin River Flood Control Project O&M Manual for Levees, Irrigation and Drainage Structures, Cannels, and Miscellaneous Facilities Part I, As Builts on Drawing B-5EIO-I, Sheet 33.

No expansion of existing or former use will occur. Further, no exceptions to the exemption in California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Section 15300.2 apply.
