The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) initiated a Director’s Order to repair damaged sections of the roof at the Sunrise Bridge Crew Maintenance Station. The facility is in Sacramento County on SR 51 near PM 1.7. The scope of work includes mobilization, removal and replacement of roof, replacement of damaged insulation, replacement of rusted purlins, siding replacement, painting, and incidental work. The purpose of this project is to improve the structural safety and operational efficiency of the Sunrise Bridge Crew Maintenance Station.
