Document Description
San Joaquin Field Division plans to fill an erosion west of the Wheeler Ridge Pumping Plant spoils pile site. The erosion is around 115 feet long and 25 feet at its widest. To complete this work, rocks and fill material will be dumped into the erosion using a dump truck and/or loader. A skid steer and backhoe would be used to compact the soil. A water truck may be used to control dust and aid in compaction. This work is expected to take 2 weeks to complete, and all work will be completed within the DWR right of way. This work is necessary to prevent further damage to the side of the spoils pile site.
