Document Description
The City of Redding (City) will remove the existing chain link fabric from the posts, rails and gates at the REU substations located at Moore Road and Airport Road and replace with expanded metal panels. Work will include the removal of existing chain link fence, installation of new metal panel fence, handwork, and signage replacement. All work will occur within the public facility property.

The project has no potential to have a significant effect on the environment.
