The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMSMOO-62328-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Craig Rufi.
The Project will realign an existing culvert to eliminate flow beneath a residential
structure by redirecting flows through a new culvert. The new alignment will divert flow
from the existing inlet, running perpendicular to the property line, then turning to follow
the roadside property boundary. The realignment will convey flows from and to the
existing inlet and outlet, each of which will be reinforced with a total of 20 square-feet of rock slope protection.
