Document Description
Notice of Exemption - Restoration Activities. The Project will restore an area along an unauthorized trail adjacent to the unnamed tributary to Jericho Creek (Conley Property), along Old Lawley Toll Road near the cross street of CA-29, near Calistoga, Napa County. The Project consists of four distinct restoration areas, including invasive plant removal and trail decommissioning activities. The Permittee will restore the riparian corridor by: installing sediment control measures along the Trail, removing invasive vegetation, installing scour protection at the drainage that receives surface runoff discharges from the off-property and newly constructed Old Lawley Toll Road stormwater pipe, and planting native vegetation.
